Norman Goes Out Of His Way!

Earlier last week I went to a local Ford dealer to look at a Mustang. In my opinion the salesman at that
dealership gave me the run around. The car that I was looking at and had even submitted my
information on was being shopped by other salesman who wanted to sell the car. I felt that that was very rude and

Your email addresses were given to me by your operator last evening.  I am emailing you to tell you how outstanding your employee's customer service has been in my experience purchasing a new 2010 Dodge Challenger (both sales and service).
 
I purchased my car approximately 4 months ago and my salesperson was Twanda.  Not only was she wonderful throughout the entire buying process; she has since called me, just to follow-up to insure I was still happy with my purchase - outstanding!
 
Then, I needed to renew my registration when I found out I had to have my new car serviced (I only have 2k miles so far).  I called and spoke to Mike Smith who immediately told me to come over anytime and he would make sure that my car was serviced.
 
I came on Tuesday afternoon and Mike was not in his office.  Chris, one of the Service Advisors asked me if I needed assistance.  I told him why I was there and he told me he would be more than happy to take care of it right away and that I should just make myself comfortable in the lounge.
 
After a short time, I was on my way home already; again, outstanding service.
 
I purchased (and have since traded in) a new Honda Accord from Leith Honda in more
